Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the "Get Started" or "Sign Up" button on our homepage. Enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. You'll receive an OTP to verify your account.
What is the minimum age requirement?
You must be at least 16 years old to use Workmate4u.
Posting Tasks
How do I post a task?
After logging in, click "Post a Task" or navigate to the task upload section. Fill in the task title, description, category, budget, and location. Click submit to post your task.
How much should I pay for a task?
Pricing depends on task complexity, time required, and your location. Browse similar tasks in your area to get an idea of fair pricing.
Can I edit or cancel my task?
Yes, you can edit or cancel tasks that haven't been accepted yet. Once a Tasker accepts, contact them to discuss any changes.
Finding & Completing Tasks
How do I find tasks near me?
Go to "Find Tasks" section. Enable location access or enter your city/area to see nearby tasks. You can filter by category and budget.
How do I get paid?
Once you complete a task and the Task Poster confirms, the payment is processed through Razorpay and transferred to your linked account.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
How do refunds work?
If a task is cancelled before completion, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email to receive an OTP, then set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at info@workmate4u.com with your account email. We'll process deletion within 30 days.
