By accessing or using the Workmate4u platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

To use Workmate4u, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Description

Workmate4u is a task marketplace platform that connects:

• Task Posters: Users who need tasks completed
• Task Doers (Taskers): Users who complete tasks for payment

Workmate4u acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to agreements between Task Posters and Taskers.

5. Task Posting Guidelines

When posting tasks, you agree that tasks must:

• Be legal and comply with all applicable laws
• Have clear, accurate descriptions
• Offer fair compensation (minimum ₹100 per task)
• Not involve illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate activities
• Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics

Prohibited Tasks Include:

• Anything illegal or promoting illegal activity
• Adult content or services
• Dangerous or hazardous activities
• Fraudulent schemes or scams
• Tasks that violate others' rights

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Service Charges

Workmate4u charges a service fee on completed tasks. The fee varies by task category (₹30-₹100) and is clearly displayed before task posting.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By using our payment services, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Valid reasons for refunds include:

• Task not completed as described
• Technical errors in payment processing
• Mutual agreement between Task Poster and Tasker

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use the Service for spam or unauthorized advertising
• Circumvent fees by conducting transactions outside the platform
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

8. Intellectual Property

Workmate4u and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Workmate4u and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold Workmate4u harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through account settings.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Workmate4u shall be resolved through:

1. Informal negotiation (30 days)
2. Mediation
3. Binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
